All care is taken to ensure information is accurate and aligns with regulatory requirements and codes of practice. In accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, Officers of PCBU’s are unable to contract out of, or transfer duties imposed under the Act and have the ultimate responsibility to ensure compliance with the Act.

Safety Docs Limited does not accept any responsibility or liability, whether in contract, equity or tort, or under any other legal principle, for any direct or indirect losses or damage of any kind arising from use of these publications.

Refund Policy:

Our system provides digital downloads.  It is not possible to physically return products. Subsequently we are unable to offer refunds. Please ensure you select the correct SOP.

Jurisdiction:

This Agreement is governed in all respects by the laws of New Zealand.  Any dispute arising in connection with the Agreement, which cannot be settled by private negotiations between the Parties, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Arbitration Act 1966.
